We’re hosting 5th grade tryouts this August, and we’re inviting families who want more than just a team — but a community rooted in faith, growth, and excellence.

Why Join?

Dallas Disciples is a faith-based youth basketball program in North Dallas committed to developing young athletes into purpose-driven leaders. Through a combination of high-level basketball training and Christ-centered mentorship, we focus on building both skill and character — on and off the court.

This Fall, we’re forming two 5th grade boys teams: our Select Team, for advanced players ready to compete at a high level, and our League Team, for strong developing players who are eager to grow and compete in a local league.

After Tryouts?

At Dallas Disciples, tryouts are designed to fairly assess each player’s current skill level, basketball IQ, and coachability. After tryouts, players will be placed on one of our two competitive teams — the Select Team or the League Team — based on their performance and fit. Once team placements are finalized, families will receive a registration link to officially join the team for the season. Practices and games will begin in September.
